Good point :
Good seaview anyway location is not near center of ao nang(300-400 m.) but quiet atmosphere.
Service is great from check in until check out.
Suggestion :
Prefer more food for breakfast
and slide for kid should be more stable.

I love the beach front restaurant, the Sands beach club, just next to the south end of Aonang beach, with amazing Andaman ocean view especially during sunset, the high contrast orange-red downing sun vs dark blue sky. This year the restaurant was newly decorated with colorful ribbons and crafts like we are in celebration party. The weather is so good at this time of the year, the beginning of summer, not too hot & humid, nice gentle sea breezes.
Many staff recognized me on this revisiting trip(my first trip here on October 2019) All staff are so friendly and caring.
I like to thank you khun Paul and all staff for warm welcoming and very attentive, that had make my trip relaxing and a memorable experience.

This was it first visit and I doubt it will be our last. We had originally booked into another Centara hotel in Krabi but due to Covid, that hotel was closed and we were transferred to the Ao Nang Beach resort...and weren't we happy about that!
All communication prior to our stay was prompt and very professional. Staff were courteous and helpful.
On arrival, check in was so simple and efficient. Check in staff spoke English and within a short time we were shown to our room with our luggage arriving at the same time. Our accommodation was in B block and we could step from our balcony straight into the pool. The room contained everything needed for our stay...tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries, umbrellas, dressing gowns etc and the room itself was light and airy and most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable!
Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods both Thai and non Thai available on a buffet basis. There were plenty of staff available if needed and the trays of foods were quickly replenished when necessary.
There are a number of restaurants within the hotel complex including the Sands Beach Club and restaurant and bar. There are other restaurants close to the hotel as well so there is plenty of choice available.
The hotel is situated literally right by the beach. What better way of either building up an appetite or walking off a good meal than a easy walk along Ao Nang Beach! If the weather is good, sunsets can be spectacular which is an added bonus.
This is quite a large hotel with more than one pool with a children's pool incorporating a water slide. There is also a "something to remember" shop. There is a very large car park.
Checking out was also efficient and speedy.
A special mention has to be made of the staff...everyone was so friendly and helpful and they were obviously well trained. All the required Covid precautions were in operation although sadly some of the guests didn't see the need to wear masks etc.
Would we stay here again?...most certainly!

Even if the check in was a bit difficult with really rooms with terrible views when the hotel was almost empty, we managed to get better rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent package on Centara website.
