I booked the Ban Sainai Resort for my birthday week and although the weather was bad in Krabi, the hotel staff did everything to make my stay a dream. The resort itself and the staff is worthy of a five-star hotel - it is a beautiful location close to the beachfront, they have daily shuttle buses to bring you to Ao Nang night market, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are really big and confortable. It is the most beautiful hotel you can find in Ao Nang,
I would definitively come again!

What an amazing stay… so friendly and hospitable the rooms are quiet and breakfasts are so relaxed, it’s just far enough out to the main stretch. They also have a taxi every hour to take you to the beach

An amazing restaurant with lots of options, a nice gym with the basic equipment and an amazing pool with a spectacular view.

Welcome drink was our favorite one of all the places we stayed. The in-room spa tub/area in our villa was so nice! Air conditioning worked perfectly (which is important for me, as I get hot). We also throughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning (variety of hot and cold options in the buffet-- I personally loved the salad and rice). The avocado toast off the menu was good!
The staff was very kind and helpful when we had an issue with one of our excursions booked through Viator. When there was a mistake (on Viator's part) they helped us find a local company instead and it was a GREAT trip! We hopped around to 4 islands that day.
