Was in Ensenada the weekend of 2/08/2020. Had originally booked an air bnb in downtown Ensenada. Long story short, the road to the air bnb was not accessible.

Went to this hotel because it was recommended by my cousin. My family of seven decided to stay here. Five of them stayed in a two bedroom suite. Two of us stayed in a single room with a king bed.

The suite and the single room were very clean. A little outdated on the decor but there was construction going on so I'm assuming they're working on upgrades.

Staff at the hotel were super friendly. I liked that the hotel is gated.

Only complaint is that it was a little cold and the small heater in the room did not work. Would definitely stay here again ooh my next visit.

Such a deal. Checking in at night was hard. The place is gated and lighting was poor so it was difficult to see directions for getting in and once in, I was unsure where the office for check in was. Some kind person who spoke Spanish actually walked along side my car to get me to the right place. It felt secure to park my car there.

I stayed in a large suite with a balcony. Everything was comfortable and clean. In the morning the view of the palm trees and water and blue skies and warm sun was beautiful and inviting.

Two things: I couldn’t find access to heat but there were plenty of covers and I was too tired to return to the office.
Number two, the scented spray or cleaning products or something was too much. Thankfully I can live with it but many people might get sick from the overpowering fake scent. Even though it was cold, I aired the room by opening the balcony doors.

The people were lovely, the service was fair. I wanted to speak in Spanish and people were accommodating so that was fun for me.
