This was our first trip to Cancun. We picked Sun Palace based on the user reviews' and we weren't disappointed. The quiet part of the hotel zone with an amazing beach with two separate pool areas, one quiet and the other with all activities such as volleyball and games (awesome animators Joshua, Diego, Rogelio). Excellent pool service (Oscar was our guy). Amazing SPA. Everyone was very nice. Food was excellent, Benedict's for breakfast, mussels and tacos for lunch and dinner? All kinds of amazing dishes and deserts (tiramisu made fresh from the scratch at the table) The cherry on a cake was the local cafe serving perfect decaf cappuccino with coconut milk and amazing deserts.

My wife and I went to Sun Palace in Cancun for the first time. The service and people were spectacular. Our concierge for the week was Jayro, who scheduled everything we wanted, was always available to us and is simply kind and caring. Ricardo helped us in the beach everyday as did Daniel. Diego was a fantastic and fun pool game organizer. And Jamie, the sommelier, conducted an awesome wine tasting at which we learned so much in a very comfortable and conversational environment. In summary, we left feeling like had made several life long friends who helped us everyday!

Jayro was wonderful in assisting us with everything as well as Fermin. We had a very relaxing vacation during the Christmas / New Year holiday. Sun Palace put on a wonderful New Year's Eve Celebration. The food was excellent, the other guests were very nice and the staff at Sun Palace went far beyond my expectations.
