This resort was very clean and had lots of things to do. I was there for a friends wedding and they did an excellent job providing a beautiful service at a low price. Food was good, staff were all friendly and they had plenty of entertainment. I would stay here again.

Such a nice and helpful staff throughout the resort. By the pool, Nancy was so attentive and went out of her way to give great service and constantly see if we needed anything! The place was very clean and well kept, and offered many options.

We visited the Royal Solaris This February. Covid guidelines are adhere and followed by the staff. Unfortunately that is not the case with all the guests. However we felt safe.

Starting with Marco, our club Service rep who checked us in. He was very professional and diligent checking on us everyday to make sure we were happy and if we needed something. Victor the Cheff at Marco Polo: amazing food and the presentation is top notch. Julio de Captain of Marco Polo, his professionalism and attention is extremely appreciated. Unfortunately that is not the case with upper management.

We requested and paid for a romantic dinner and we did not get what was advertised. Their brochure needs to be updated to avoid false advertisement. The Jacuzzi need some updating and pampering. I did not like it at all.

Last but not least, how can we forget the making staff at the premiere bar. Anthonia and Richard. They were very attentive, friendly and acclimating with our drink requests. We appreciate the service of all the staff at the Royal Solaris.
