Stayed for 1 night last night before early morning return flight. Although the room was basic, we thought the service was good, and the airport shuttle was roomy and on-time. Had dinner in the restaurant and was impressed with the service and the food. Unfortunately the reason for the 3-star rating is the lack of soundproofing. My husband and I awoke at 1am to the family in the room next door arriving to their room, talking loudly, children shouting and singing, furniture scraping across tile floors. This went on for 20-30 minutes or so and I couldn't go back to sleep until 2am, then had to wake up at 4am. I would have complained but somehow my children were still sleeping and I didn't want to make more noise to wake them up. Also, the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

We stayed for one night because we wanted to be close to the airport. The
( standard) room was a little tired but very comfortable. We sat by the pool which looked clean and ate an enjoyable dinner and breakfast at the restaurant . There is a free shuttle to the airport. We didn't have time to do it but apparently to get to the beach in Cancun costs about US$25 by taxi , or 25 pesos ( less than $2) by 2 local buses that come quite frequently.

Hotel is convenient to the airport and has free shuttle. Staff is nice. Pool and hot tub was dirty. Not enough rooms for the reservations we made, very disappointing. Friends on a previous trip in February had their reservations “canceled” same day as arrival. Hotel has reservations issues.

Restaurant food was slow, drinks terrible, hot tow was lukewarm, pool was dirty, but location was great to get to Airport for an early flight. We had three rooms, all called for a 3:00 am wake up call - nobody received a call.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Cozumel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The bed was very stiff and hard, not to my liking, but my husband liked it. I would stay again if need be for one night.
