Love it at Hotel Cozumel B and we are going back. Staff are fun, friendly and hard working. The grounds are kept very clean; and Maria, the housekeeper, does an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. We love the early mornings - sitting on our balcony watching the cruise ships come in. The breakfast is very good - and the restaurant has a great ocean view. The ocean is beautiful great for swimming and snorkeling; the floating dock is fantastic. Pools is nice and refreshing. Front desk personal very pleasant and always very helpful. Also nice when they greet you with a smile and wish you a great day. The hotel is about a 25 minute very nice walk into town; there are sidewalks; which are also lit up at night. If you go have fun, relax and enjoy.

Room Tip: All ocean view rooms are great!

I must say i say this pic and i was hooked, i doubted it could look that good really. I was wrong, this hotel has an incredible view from most of the rooms. This is still a Mexican hotel, shower/ toilet area is a little tight, but the balcony, room and most of all beach area are amazing. The restaurant is actually much better than i expected from a hotel kitchen. the dinners we had were great and very affordable. Of course chips and guac, and all the other beach food were great.

The room is very basic, but very clean and has an outstanding view of the water. The entire Pool/Beach area is awesome. The pool was a bit chilly, but fine once you were in. The beach area with sand has multiple options for seating/relaxing. The hot tub on the point was great with easy access into and out of the ocean for snorkeling. Snorkeling out front is awesome, lots to see and we rented just a mask/snorkel for $5USD a day. They also have a small, protected lagoon in which to snorkel or just hang out. Free breakfast included - can't beat that! Also coffeemaker in the room and they did give us coffee every day in our room if we needed it. The food was good, even asked for something that was not on the menu, but they prepared for us. They always remembered our room number every day when we were there and needed to charge something to our room. Front desk gave us some great suggestions for places to visit. I can't say enough about the people working there - they were so friendly and helpful. I would come back for this reason alone. We loved just hanging out around the pool and beach on the days we stayed back at the hotel. Also scheduled a massage one afternoon which was awesome. The only drawback I can see is that there is some noise and light that seeps in around the door to the room and it was a small hassle to always go down to the bar to ask for ice. The construction noise didn't bother us at all. They do offer yoga, but no fitness center. We were able to buy a pass at the Coral Princess right next door to use their fitness equipment. We liked it so much we extended our trip by 2 days. I would definitely come back.

Thank you very much for visiting us and for taking the time to leave us your comments. Share your impressions with the staff, we greatly value the opinion of our guests, because they allow us to improve day by day.
I never tire of saying that we have a preferential access to the sea and an incredible marine life, so the snorkeling on our beach is a total enjoyment.
Fortunately at this time the construction is being very noisy and annoying, and any form is part of the process of improving our facilities and services, for you our guests.
We have plans to place refrigerators in all rooms, which will reduce the inconvenience caused by having to look for ice in the restaurant area.
I hope you visit us soon and you can know our property, and give us the opportunity to pamper you again.

Came here for 10 days over new year for a diving trip . Noticed it had a highly recommended Scuba operator ( Scuba du ) onsite which sealed the deal for me . However, this was merely a booking desk as main sop in the Presidente Intercontinental a45 minute boat trip away. Whilst we were picked up by boat st 7.15 every morning this made for s long day.

Anyway, back to the hotel .

Situated in the both about 30-40 minutes walk from main centre . Taxis are plentiful and front desk will call them if you ask .

Pleasant room with balcony overlooking the sea but can be a little noisy . Also gaps around entrance door to room means you can here noisier cars from the main road behind ,

Shower room nice but housekeeping occasionally forgot to replenish towels/ soap ( no big deal)

Coffee making facility in room but you have to buy coffee after first day .

Restaurant- not impressive. Breakfast included in our rate but try getting a coffee at 7.00 when it opens - no chance .this was very frustrating as our dive boat left at 7.15 each morning meaning little or no breakfast. Did notice that staff make themselves a coffee before bothering the guests with anything like service .

Also ate there on our first day . Food not up to much ( can’t even remember what I had now! ) and painfully slow service.

Joined the New Years Eve party about 2 a.m.which was fun . Ordered s bottle of Champagne and was brought Prosecco which was sent straight back .

Electronic room key had to be charged everyday which became a little tedious

Would I go back? Yes

Thank you very much for having chosen us for your diving trip and to celebrate New Year Eve with us. Thank you for leaving us your comments and impressions, this helps us improve our service and make us better every day. It is a pleasure that you enjoyed our facilities.
Of the indicated percanses, we will verify with the cleaning service what happened and we will take the corresponding measures.
We are among other things working on the service and offer of our restaurant, in order to improve in this aspect.
I would like to tell you that in the case of our guests who visit us for diving we offer you the option of ordering your breakfast in reception and we will have it ready as box luch and you can pick it up before leaving the hotel. this also applies to guests who
leave their flights very early.
The magnetic keys of the doors are usually deprogrammed by having them near cell phones, other cards or when they get wet for some reason.
We hope to welcome you soon at home and give us the opportunity to pamper you and get to know our new facilities.

This hotel has all the basics. The rooms are clean and have what you need but they are very badic, the bathroom is tiny but clean, and the beds seem to be hard. The hotel has an old feeling to it but is maintained very well. The staff is helpful and kind. If you are not planning to stay inside the rooms then it can be great. The pool is a good size and a bit cold. The ocean pool is amazing! Ask for nachos by the pool! They are the best! Wecwere able to book a very good tour around the island through the hotel! The view is great!! The food is good.
