I stayed in a 1 bedroom for three days. The room was updated and had all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable and not too soft or too hard, just right for me. There were two fireplaces and two flat screen tvs. There was a full kitchen that was well appointed with everything to cook meals. There was a full size stacked washer and dryer. There was also a gas BBQ on the deck but I didn't use it. There was also a nice sized Jacuzzi tub and the bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready in the morning. On the 8th floor there is a very large gaming room with various video games, pool table, air hockey, etc to keep the kids engaged. The Gym was on the 7th floor and it was a good sized gym with treadmills, elliptical, bikes, and free weights. There was a sauna, and an indoor Jacuzzi with lots of windows to enjoy the mountain views. There was also an outside Jacuzzi on the deck with an awesome view of the mountains. There was a large pool area with Jacuzzi, and fire pit. There was an underground "heated" parking area with plenty of spaces. The hotel had a small store and restaurant but I never used them. The staff was friendly and it was an enjoyable experience. The Sheraton is walking distance to a Walgreens and groceries. Also a lot of shops in the area that you can stroll to.

Nice and clean hotel! Close to restaurants and shopping. Fast and friendly check in. The rooms are spacious, perfect for a family of 4. My kids loved the game room and activity area. Will definitely be back!

Spent 6 days the the Vail valley. 2 days at the Sheraton and 4 days at the Westin. Wedding was at the Westin but much preferred the Sheraton. Price was about the same for the room but there were extra charges at the Westin such as $30 per day to park your car (valet only) whereas free parking at the Sheraton. Sheraton room also had a washer dryer, fire place, basically a suite, whereas the Westin was a normal better than average room. Anyway lots to do there in the area, great hiking , Vail , visit Edwards Co , very nice walking trail along the river and a very western restaurant called the GasHouse if you like game food, elk, buffalo, trout, etc. Only down side to the Sheraton is no breakfast. Go to Bobs Place for a great breakfast. Looking for a first class dinner go to Splendido $$$$in Beaver Creek just up the hill from Avon.

Interior seemed relatively new and updated, with the two bedroom suite having good space for our family of six. Heated outdoor pool and roof level hot tubs were nice. Poolside hot tub and the gas firepit were not in consistent working order which was an inconvenience. 8th floor game-room/activities center was spacious and well stocked with board games & puzzles; kid's loved spending time there. Selection of Arcade games, etc was ok but everything but ping - pong table you had to pay for. Best thing was location just 100 yards from gorgeous Nottingham Park which offered playground, bike/walking path, fishing, sand beach and beautiful views of the mountains and Beaver Creek slopes. W/in 1/4 mile was a gorgeous walking/bike path that followed the Eagle River for miles both east and west of town. Plenty of restaurants w/in walking distance

Room Tip: Ask for Mountainside View or you will be looking out on the interstate.

Our stay would have been excellent if not for a concierge and desk person who acted like we were bothering them. Also, if you plan on using the heated pool make sure you have boots and a coat to get to and from the pool as it is located across from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is very clean and in a good location. The rooms are well equipped.
