They say you get what you pay for and for what we paid we didn't expect a lot. A great location right in the centre of Princess Street. The room was quite large with 2 single beds that were pushed together. The beds themselves were clean, but really, really hard & uncomfortable & the pillow wasn't much better. The towels looked like they had been used to dry a dog. The curtains were torn & the paint was peeling off of the walls. We used the towels to block the gap under the door to stop the huge cockroaches that we saw from coming into the room. It was also a very noisy accommodation as the rooms were around a central courtyard and the sound travelled. No idea what the WIFI was like as the man we asked on reception didn't know the password!!!

This bakery cafe should have a separate listing to the family's adjoining accomodation business. With its entrance on Burgher Lane (one block over from Princess Street) the cafe is great for a cheap western or Keralan style breakfast or lunch. Popular with locals and travellers alike, the cafe also sells good fresh fare from its bakery further down the lane (think French style pastries and breads, as well as 'famous' vege puffs). No pressure, relaxed vibe, good music (including Dylan) and English language newspapers - worth a go!

Hotel property is good, well maintained.
Food is also good.
One of the Front desk executive is rude, should be some courteous to their customer. They themself should provide details regarding facilities at hotel at the time of check in.
Room Service very poor.
