Pros:
- Spacious Room was a suite with a sofa bed area. Spotlessly clean, even around the edges and behind the furniture(I wish the American hotels were this clean!).
- Large, comfortable bed with firm mattress.
- Good Location - There is a huge La Comer store similar to a Super Walmart right around the corner, where you can buy groceries and prepared food, plus there is a food court and other shopping attached.
- For transportation, there is the purple and yellow Ruta Del Desierto bus line, also around the corner, that will take you to Chileno Bay beach or Cabo San Lucas for less than $2. The buses run frequently and are super quick. For surfers, there is a surfing beach just 1 bus stop away.
- Refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. However, there is a shared microwave in the breakfast area, so almost just as good.
- Staff speaks English very well and are very helpful and accommodating.
- Hot Breakfast is included and consisted of a full selection of eggs, meats, cheese, etc.
- Free WiFi which worked well.
- Spacious bathroom with good amount of shelf space for toiletries. The tap water is safe to drink.
- There is 24-hour food service in the lobby. I recommend the broiled fish with red ajillo oil - excellent!
- For just sunbathing, there is a sand walkway to the beach across the street, but not...Pros:

Cons:
- OK, so what's the catch? The catch is that this is basically a business class hotel, it is not a resort. It is also not located in the much more entertaining and touristy Cabo San Lucas, but as I explained above, it is just a cheap 20-minute bus ride away. So if these things are not an issue, you cannot beat this place!
- HDTV had poor picture quality, did not have many channels, and only a few in English.
Helpful Hints - You can take the Ruta Del Desierto bus from the airport to save the shuttle van cost. Just get off at the La Comer store around the corner from the hotel. Also, wine and spirits are super cheap at La Comer, so I suggest you go there first.More
