We have just come back from a week in Hope Cove staying in Kittiwake. There were eight of us (two families) and the house worked really well for us. The accomodation is really comfortable and very flexible, allowing for large or small groups.
The owners have put a lot of thought into Kittiwake and there are games, books, comfortable beds with lovely goose feather duvets and even bath robes supplied! There is a jacuzzi bath, a real treat at the end of the day. The house is very clean and we loved the decor/pictures etc. Sue and David were lovely and very helpful with anything we needed. The area is beautiful and the coastal path walks are amazing, with the sea only a short walk away from the house. I would really recommend Kittiwake as a lovely place to spend a couple of weeks or even a long weekend.

The owners, Sue and David where extremely welcoming and friendly. They were more than happy to offer us advise on what to do and where to go, I even got an offer to go out on David's boat but the weather wasn't up to it.
The accommodation was really very comfortable, the bed was a lot nicer than my bed at home, it was a real tough decision to leave at all!! Everything was super clean and tidy and they provided all towels, sheets and even a bath robe.
We were told that we were more than welcome to bring our dog, Jules, too, which was great, he even got to make a friend in Jake, Sue and David's dog.
We had a delicious afternoon tea at the local place, and an enjoyable few drinks at the Hope and Anchor pub round the corner.
All in all - Hope Cove is a beautiful place and the accommodation and hosts were second to none. We are very much looking forward to going to se them again as soon as possible!
Thanks again to Sue and David!!

We had a wonderful time there! We found everything we could possibly need at Kittiwake. Sue and David were helpful without ever being intrusive. We were able take our much loved pets with us and we really enjoyed our days there.

We had read the reviews on Trip Advisor and seen the photos and wondered if it would match our high expectations. Well it more than surpassed our expectations. Kittiwake is by far the best Holiday Rental we have ever visited in all categories.
There is also the personal touch from the owners. Friendly but not intrusive, helpful but not overbearing.
Mr Morgan is a crab fisherman, we ordered two crabs and recieved a masterclass in cooking and dressing a crab!
All in all a fabulous stay, we are saving our pennies to come again soon!
