What an amazing find! We stayed her a Memorial Day weekend with our older children. The resort is quiet and small. The beach is just right! The staff were all amazing but one person. Roshana’s friendly bubbly attitude started off our vacation right! We stayed on a 2 bedroom and it had laundry in unit which made it convenient for us to wash our swimsuits in between wear. The beach has a small bar that we ordered lunch from and they are able to deliver the food to your beach chairs. The grouper tacos were amazing and are a must have! Everyone from the bar staff were amazing no complaints at all! Now complimentary breakfast was a surprising treat. Our waitstaff Kayonn was more than amazing!!! Her attitude, friendliness, and helpfulness was more than we could ask for. Kayonn and Roshana are an asset to this resort. We missed Kayonn one morning and had Abigail help us and she looked annoyed at having to provide us with spoons for our coffee and told us to go up and get it while she proceeded to walk to the same counter she pointed us to. I then watched Abigail help others with a smile and attended to their every needs. I heard from other guests she was rude and short with them but friendly with others she thought were going to tip well. But I didn’t let her ruin my experience because everyone else at the resort was amazing and we tipped those who went out of their way with at least a 20% tip. Overall, I would say this place is a nice place to stay if you want to relax and not hear a bunch of loud music and people yelling at the beach. And I would say that might depend on who rents during that time too!! But be prepared to spend lots of money in Turks. Lastly, they assigned us to room 101 which is ocean facing but in the back by the parking lot and we had the neighbors 2 nights in a row move furniture at 11pm. Our bedroom window was facing bushes and a building. Not the ideal location for the money we spent but that wasn’t a big deal for our kids so we just stayed in the room.
