This resort was absolutely beautiful. We explored many beaches and the beach at this resort was by far our favorite. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and our stay comfortable. They were very helpful and attentive to us in deciding what we wanted to do on the island and booking things for us. We got to know many by their first name. Many thanks and much appreciation to Roshana, Giovanne and Frantz at the front desk, Louisette ( our housekeeper who was so sweet and accommodating), and the many other staff that made our stay one of a kind! A special shout out to an extremely kind young man named Roosevelt that was instrumental in making a beautiful dinner on the beach for our anniversary an extraordinary one.

We cannot say enough!! We were absolutely blessed to be in this incredible hotel. Ms. Roshaba and Mr. Giovanni were fabulous. They both went above and beyond the concierge title. They were heartfelt and sincere. We’re a seasoned couple who were on our honeymoon and Ms. Roshana booked the most beautiful dinners for us and she made sure they all knew that we were on our honeymoon. We were truly celebrated. Giovanni was so knowledgeable from soup to nuts. We had a truly amazing experience. Juanna kept our suite spotless and April made sure we had everything we needed every night. We stayed at West Bay for 10 days and we truly loved it here. We were so blessed by these angels who took such wonderful care of us!! Thank you for all you do everyday!!

We loved our stay at the West Bay Beach Club! Our suite was amazing and more than expected. The full kitchen, laundry, and living space were wonderful. The beach was beautiful and we loved that the staff helped us find a spot and also set our beach chairs up with a towel to lay on and another towel. The WBBC staff were particularly fantasitic to work with, so friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with. Special thanks to Franz, Lorenzo, Roosevelt, and Petrona.
