So relaxing and spacious. My kids enjoyed their own room with the bathroom. Customer service was the best. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. Beach and pool were relaxing. Housekeeping kept our suite refreshed. Staff all around was great.

I stayed at West Bay Club for my birthday trip. I had no exceptions but I knew I chose a nice property. Well from the greeting to departure was superb. Special recognition goes out to the front desk staff especially Roshana. The kitchen staff for breakfast, the beach staff, housekeepers. My room was immaculate. The daily turn down service was a nice touch. The grounds were well kept. I was surprised that my room had a bottle of champagne and fruits for my birthday arrival. I will be back and it’s highly recommended.

Had the best experience at West Bay Club! Everyone was so amazing from the front desk, the chefs, the waitstaff , the housekeeping and even the managers were kind, caring, great customer service orientated! West Bay has a warm welcoming home feeling. The food was also delicious !!! Room was clean, pool was clean and the beach staff beyond amazing! Will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend & I stayed here over thanksgiving in 2023 and had the BEST time. The hotel was beautiful with direct access to the beach, where you can rent complimentary kayaks and water toys. The room was suite style, had a comfy bed, and was very clean. The hotel location was great, you are within walking distance to the marine room and Indigo - both great restaurants. The best part though, was the staff. They were the nicest and most friendly group of people. Giovanne and Roshana, especially, were always smiling and able to help us with logistics and evenings out. By the end of our stay, we felt like longtime friends. Definitely would go back and would highly recommend it to family and friends. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great time at the West Bay Club for a quick four night trip. We got the basic king studio room - nothing fancy as we figured we weren't going to be in it much anyway. The hotel was very nice and on a beautiful beach. We were very warmly greeted, shown the property which is small but tasteful. There is free breakfast every morning with eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, potatoes and veggies, and made to order omelets, cereal, etc. Very nice to have onsite and eat right by the pool.
The rooms were comfortable, plenty of space and with your own fridge and microwave. We had a king bed, the air conditioning worked WONDERFULLY, and everything was great in the room. They brought bottled water around for the mini fridge every night which was lovely.
The pool is small but plenty of space and chairs for everyone at the resort with service from the bar if you'd like. We also went out to the beach which was huge, with very soft sand, no seaweed at all and very nice. We were given chairs that the attendant set up with towels right away, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. There is complimentary scuba equipment, and if you walk to the east a few hundred yards in front of the "Somewhere Bar" there is an amazing reef to snorkel with a ton of beautiful fish. Huge fish, great snorkeling and to think its just right down the beach. It was a really pleasant surprise.
We rented a car since we were planning a lot of dinners away from the resort - there was free parking on site which made it very easy. The concierge gave us a great local beach to go visit on the other side of the island which was one of our highlights.
Really enjoyed staying here, especially since the rate was almost half of every other beachfront property I looked into. Would gladly stay here again. Centrally located to everything north and south and only about 14 minutes from the airport.
Absolutely great trip, and really enjoyed the local dinning recommendations on the website (Sui-Ren was our favorite).
