Nice surprise!

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 7 Dec 2024
The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the shower was perfect, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beach was very close, to the restaurant and the room, so very walkable. The quality of the restaurant food far exceeded my expectations, although it was a bit pricey. I will definitely return for a long weekend of relaxation.

Room Tip: Wifi works well, everything on the menu is wonderful. The cost from the airport to the hotel was...

My wife and I came to stay at the Sibonné Beach Hotel. Upon flying into PLS, we took a taxi van to the hotel ($20pp). Sibonné is a simple, but beautiful hotel. We had a second floor room with a balcony. It was comfortable. The AC worked great as did the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Room service was daily and well done. Beach towels can be changed every day from the front office and they will get you a taxi to get you anywhere you want to go. My wife and I often walked into town (including the supermarket) to enjoy time. We walked the beach at all hours and had a great time. The Sibonné was comfortable, reasonably priced and allowed us to fully enjoy what Providenciales had to offer. Should we return to TCI, we will gladly stay there.

My Sister and I stayed here last year and we came back again this year. This place is so cute and small. You just walk right out to the beach and you can't beat the beach! We bring floats and just mainly sit in the water. We had a first floor court yard view and loved it. If you stay on the first floor you have a shaded patio. All the staff was great. My only complaint was the 2 queen beds not so good. Alec helped us a lot with out TV. No instructions how to use the TV but he sure taught us All the staff were great. We arrived as the Bay Bistro was changing owner ship so they had a beach party the day after if closed and the food was so good! We did not rent a car not sure if they have GPS to get us to where we want to go! So hot in July we just took a short taxi !$12 each way down to Salt Mill or Grace Way Gourmet. We ate at Mr. Groupers, Hemmingway's, Bay Bistro, Danny Buoy's, Bella Luna, Skull Rock Cantina, and Open Flame. We were on a tight budget but enjoyed it all! And I fell in love with the hotel cat Sidney!

There is a part of me that doesn't want to share this place because it is a secret little gem. Best location right on the beach. A really short walk to shops and restaurants. The upper balconies look out at the ocean. The rooms are simple but cute, comfortable and clean. Wonderful staff that are friendly and informative. The Bistro on the property is excellent. We ate there almost half our meals. It isn't a glorious over styled mega all inclusive resort which makes is charming. There were no kids there which kept things quiet around the property. There are enough loungers on the beach for all guests. And the property sits right on the beach.

Love the hotel location. It's the second time we've stayed at Sibonne.
This trip, we reserved an ocean view and were provided a second floor, room overlooking the roof. We appreciated the gentleman who helped get our luggage up and down the stairs.
The restaurant was nowhere near as we remembered it. The staff were disinterested and unhappy. Go down the beach and eat at Hemingways. The staff there is wonderful as is the food.

Room tip: Pay attention to the staff hours, there is not always someone available to assist with luggage

My wife and I stayed at the Sands and Sibonne in July 2024. Sibonne blows away the bigger properties with great service and a lot of style. The property is older and you won't get a large five star pool, but you don't need a pool because Grace Bay is steps away.

The rooms look cool and we loved the decorations in the two different rooms we stayed in. The air conditioning is incredible and the TVs had all the streaming you have at home.

We arrived really early and the office staff really helped us with our luggage. They allowed us to go in and out of their office to retrieve beach gear and beers I had in a cooler. I wish I knew your names in the office but all of you really helped us and made our stay great.

Bay Bistro is the restaurant on the property and it was really good. Cesar, the bartender, was so nice and makes the best Pina Colada I've ever had. We really liked the food at Bay Bistro and the prices were better than the other properties. Cheeseburger spring rolls, I don't know who thought of that but they were amazing.

If you book this property you have to expect older rooms and amenities, but everything worked well. The beach is close, the decor is cool, save some money and book at Sibonne!

Room tip: Bring lots of cash for taxis, you're spend a lot of money getting around the city. Walk the beach to avoid waling on the main streets.
