Quite a few issues with the hotel.
1. The staff weren't bothered to wear masks or properly dressed.
2. The wifi did not work
3. No hot water
4. Lot of mosquitos before we entered the rooms. All out was missing too.
5. Dirty bathrooms (pics attached)
6. Unclean areas next to the rooms (attached)

Avoid at all costs. They gave up on maintenance of the hotel. Dead fish in the aquariums. Unhygienic staff

We stayed here for two days. The resort has an amazing view of Vembanad Lake. The lake view room has a beautiful plunge pool. There are no much other activities here. There is an infinity pool with a good view as well, but was closed due to Covid restrictions. Pathiramanal island is pretty close to this resort.

The food was not that great. Especially the breakfast which is part of the package. The room and food are a bit expensive. It is okay for a day stay. Over all it's just okay for a day of stay and break from normal day.

We had an awesome stay in Deshadan Backwater Resort - The best resort in Alleppey . Location is just opposite to Pathiramanal island and had a beautiful sun rise view from the resort . Room was clean and well maintained. They offered us free Wifi during our stay .Food was sumptuous. Good staff . Worth for money. Manager Mr Santhosh was very helpful and easily handled to arrange a cab for us even in the mid night. We are interested to visit again in the next vacation .
