Best meal at hard rock riviera maya

My best friend and I had our least dinner of the trip at Los Gallos, it was the best meal we had at the resort. The Cochinita pibil was very flavorful and tender.
We also had a great team of servers: Victor Torres and Fernando. The manager on staff was Viridiana and the chef was Ricardo.
Great meal to end our week long trip with!

Ciao

We had a wonderful experience at Ciao. My husband has Celiac and they were so very helpful and made sure we had amazing meals. Thank you to Temo,Marco and Gloria for making our meals memorable! They even made us a special dessert on our last day!

Royal Rock treatment at Los Gallos

We had a wonderful dinner, drinks, and dessert reccomended by our servers, Victor Pedrero and Hermenegildo. They were mucha Bien!!!! Food was hot and good. Drinks were delicious and kept coming. Dessert was a chocolate Mexican dish that tasted great. Presentation and attentiveness to me was awesome. I felt like Rock Royalty!!!!

Los Gallos

Our experience was amazing. Victor and Torres were both very attentive and kind. They did such a nice job. They always brought us what we needed. This is by far the best experience we've had in Mexico. Everything that we had was lovely the food was good experience was good the service was wonderful we would definitely recommend this to anyone because it was by far the best experience ever had.

Paddle boarding was a blast!!

Rulo was amazing at the paddle boarding experience at Hard Rock. He used COVID precautions with a face mask and had us sanitize before the experience. Rulo is the best! Thank you so much for the help for my first time.
