Everything was wonderful food beverage and accommodations Miguel from reception was awesome. Beach pools beach restaurants were a favorite. Mexican buffet was awesome. Can’t wait to come back. Hopefully bring my kids and grandkids. The end

It was a great trip, all of the staff was amazing. Food was great at all of the venues. The Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The beach activities were exceptional. I loved every minute of the trip and stay. Miguel Duenas from reception was great

This resort has potential for 5 stars but appears to be struggling in a few areas right now . We are well travelled in all inclusive and in this area have stayed at grand velas, Riu palace, hard rock Vallarta , and Marival armony . The negatives are the lobby and wine bar were no where near finished and we had an email stating it would be done December 1, lucky to be done January 1. We had a meal at Omaggio that we waited 45 minutes and then got our main first and salads and appys after. Guys ordered a scotch drink by the Mozzarella mare beach club and only after the drank it and asked for a second did he tell them it wasn’t included in the all inclusive package $800 pesos please . Of the 4 of us, 3 of us seemed to have some stomach issues after eating we think the salmon by the Mozzamare.
This resort could use some more dining places as after a week it was looking all the same . Would be nice to have the restaurants right outside the resort that are part of the plaza included for dinner.
Now the positives , rooms are huge suites, great for families with children . Cleaned promptly every day . There are water coolers on each floor , the maid filled our water jugs daily, but easily go get more if needed . Room service was very prompt, ordered breakfast , under 30 minutes. The food is good for the most part, ended up liking the buffet for breakfast better after eating at mozzamare for the first 5 days for a sit down breakfast. The Insu sky bar has absolutely amazing service and appys that could also double for supper . Olga, Ramon , and Kevin were our servers and never missed a beat up at Insu. Nice before supper area now that the wine bar is still closed. They have a reservation only by the pool , small menu dinner 2 nights a week. Check with concierge to reserve before 5pm for menu. Omaggio changes from Italian to gourmet for 4 nights and are closed Mexican buffet and special pool dinner night . The pool servers Octavio and Carlos are rock stars by the pool . Even when we only came for lunch. The head guy at lemon grass I think is Umberto, and makes sure everything runs smoothly and waits on everyone there as well. If you want night entertainment you need to go over to Marival emotions for shows and nightclub . They have a shuttle for that as well. 2 weeks before we came I started seeing 1 and 2 star reviews , ignore them , they put my head on sideways before we got here . Would we come back , absolutely, don’t sweat the small stuff .
