we stayed for 2 nights with our 10 month old. Very comfortable and best located. we could just walk to Banff Avenue. Only thing i did not like was that there is no AC , and we visited in summer, but they did provide a fan . Friendly staff

This is likely the cheapest hotel in Banff, only the hostels will be cheaper. There are no amenities and there is no dining area. There is only one staff member at the desk and there won't be porters to carry your suitcases. But not everyone necessarily wants to pay more for extras they won't use, and if you want a cheap meal, you can walk to the Tim Hortons near by. I believe Banff Park Lodge next door and Bow View Lodge are related properties, so one may be able to use the available amenities such as conference rooms next door.

Super disappointed. Poor quality and unhelpful staff. Not enough towels, room WAAAY too small for 4 people, fan not working in tiny bathroom, couldn't find pool, ice or access internet without asking surly clerk everytime as NO INFO provided, screaming kid next door might as well have been in my bed. Ruined our trip to Banff!!!!

The room was too small for two beds. Each bed could only be accessed on one side. There was a table and 2 chairs, an easy chair, a low piece of furniture to put a suitcase on. Another piece of furniture at the end of one bed and one end table, a refrigerator and coffee maker but no microwave. The location was a short walk from all the restaurants and shops.

Hotel room was very basic but clean. Other parts of the property need to be updated though. The hallway smells musty. There is limited parking at this property but they are affiliated with the Banff Park Lodge next door so guests can use the underground parking there as well as the pool and exercise facilities. The hotel is a quick walk to the Bow River hiking trail. My family enjoyed a beautiful hike down the river every night while we were there.
