It's in Jasper, albeit on the edge of town. They provide a one-way shuttle to town, and it's 15-20min walk back. The rooms were clean, well lit, and plenty of outlets to plug in. Parking is free, and breakfast is included. The breakfast is really good, way better than those continental breakfast that's included in other hotels. It's an actual restaurant.

Don't like the showerhead though, it's one of those low flow eco-friendly type, can't really feel or enjoy the shower.

Thank you very much for the lovely review. We are delighted you enjoyed the breakfast fare, which is included with all room bookings made directly with the hotel, from October to end of April. The hotel location (on east edge of town, 1.4 km from downtown) does provide a quiet setting as well as numerous sightings of wildlife; such as elk, deer, and the occasional bear in summer. We promise to work on the shower head issue. Thanks again and we look forward to your return visit.

I stayed for one night and arrived rather late. I was happy to find that they served food until 11pm and the food was great.
The hotel staff was super friendly.
I stayed in a room on the pool side, but it was really quiet as the pool area gets closed by 10pm and no kids are allowed in there after 7:30pm (parents probably won’t like that, so something to be considered).
I used the hot tub (Luke warm) and the steam room (awesome), everything was clean and well maintained.
The room was recently renovated and in a modern style.
The breakfast was included and had a lot to choose from, food was fantastic!
I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you very much for the comprehensive review and accolades. We also look forward to your return visit (maybe for a little skiing or snowboarding next time as the conditions at Marmot Basin are incredible!).

Hotel was nice, rooms were nice. However kids were asked to not be loud in the pool at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. ( pool closes at 8pm for under 18 ) Pool is not enclosed and is practically in the lobby beside a restaurant.
Manager of our team booked a team meal long in advance before arriving in Jasper at the hotel restaurant for 7pm. After arriving we were all given water, orders were taken for food. Our end of the table was not offered a drink until the other end of the table’s parents noticed we were not served. This was over an hour into service already. Food came out one or two at a time after about 2 hours. The last family finally received their meal is was 2.5 hours later. After complaining to Michael John ( the manager). We were told there would be no accommodations for waiting so long as they were serving 3 restaurants at the time. Servers did their best but it was apparent they were very inexperienced and too few for a party this large. We only asked for one family to be accommodated even though 14 other families were just as unhappy.
In other news same manager ( Michael John) charged the same family the next night for a drink that they poured wrong and sent back. We told they had to pay for it as it was poured. Unbelievable horrible customer relations by this manager and he alone is the reason this family will Never go back to this hotel.

We were a group of 10 (with kids) + 3 (the three ended up staying at another place as the place was full). We booked a double room with two double beds, with no breakfast. The room was not very big, but it was just right. The beds were pretty spacious and the room and bathroom were clean. We were given 2 adjacent rooms on the 2nd floor. We were barely in the room, but It served it's purpose as we needed a base camp to explore Jasper.

We had a view of the indoor pool. Parking was also easy. We also tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast on our last day as we didn't want to look for a place nearby and rush. I think getting the half or full buffet is better than ordering ala carte as there is a 15-20 minute waiting time (or just bring your own food :))

The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. We asked them a few times for tips on where to have breakfast and which sites were worth seeing. We went to Pyramid Lake, Lake Medicine, Lake Maligne, Maligne Canyon, and many more!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted you all had an enjoyable visit to beautiful Jasper National Park - and a pleasant & comfy stay wit us. We most certainly look forward to being your hosts again (A little tip.... Perhaps consider booking one of our outdoor view rooms next time; two queen beds and outdoor view - plus slightly roomier). Thanks again!

We had a room with a balcony but the view was nothing special.

Brekfast was good, as was the dinner we had there, but they fouled up our dinner service and it toom a long while -- the did give us free drinks as a result.

The Internet was rather slow and tea/coffeee making facilities limited

It is within walking distance of the town, but there was a shuttle bus available.

Room Tip: "Balcony" rooms have aview, other rooms look into the interior of the hotel.
