Nice selection on menu. Able to order half sized pasta. Attentive and pleasant server. had carbonara pasta which was very good and served hot. Chicken caesar salad generous portion. No room for dessert. Would definitely eat here again when back in town.

We ate here on our last morning in Jasper.
We were early so no one in the restaurant.
Very friendly waitress, told us a lot about the area and best times to visit Jasper!
Food was very good, hot and tasty.
Good find!
Say “HI”to the moose and elk in reception!

I was there with a few friends last Saturday. We went there for the prime ribs dinner. 8oz was $32 and 10oz was $36. The restaurant is inside the Athabasca Hotel and has a very old world decor. It was however more of a dated and worn old-world instead of the charming old-world atmosphere.

The servers were friendly and they did their jobs fine. 3 of us had prime ribs dinner and 1 had ribs. The ribs were okay, at least the meat fell off the bones. The taste was alright, more like the Costco BBQ sauce than anything exciting. The prime ribs however were the worst. We all ordered medium rare, and interestingly enough, all of our prime ribs are brown on the outside and medium rare inside. They were tasteless. They tasted like the medium rare prime rib was being warmed up in a hot water bath. There were some vegetables on the side and the carrots were gross. They were those baby carrots straight out from the bag. The potatoes are the best, tender and tasted exactly like potatoes.

For almost $90 for 2 including tax and tips (1 beer, 1 6-oz glass of Cooper Moon, 1 prime rib dinner, 1 ribs dinner), the food was truly disappointing.

We were most recently in Jasper for a getaway - Jasper in January, wine tasting event - and to visit family.

We have gone here a handful of times for breakfast over the years to O'Shea's and went again twice on our last trip

Great service, great food, great value. A great choice for breakfast.

We enjoyed excellent breakfasts each day of our stay. In addition to a good menu, it is a charming restaurant. Warm and cozy!!

It is an historical hotel (we did not stay here) but by all appearances seems all around delightful.

Excellent service!
