This is part of an international chain based in Japan. We sampled 3 of their varieties: miso, shio and spicy. All were delicious, distinct in flavor and filling. They offer endless customizarions from the firmness of the noodle, the amount of lard in the broth to the toppings which include a superb pork belly chia-sue (roasted pork). The prices are in the ten collar range for a basic bowl, very reasonable. They offer half or full portions of noodle which can be ordered should you find that you are still hungry. I took off a star because the noodles are not hand-crafted nor do they come with shina-chiku, the bamboo condiment I am used to. Perhaps that doesn't go with ramen from Kyshu where this chain is based. The gyoza are nicely seasoned but the wrapper dough was curiously dry. I've only had better ramen in Japan and I'm Japanese. There is a constant line outside this shop so be prepared to wait. Good value for lunch for late night snack.

Small place, great service with speed and courtesy. They clearly specialize and what they do (ramen) they excel at.
The Chashu pork and Takana tomburi was a good appetizer.
The Classic chashu men ramen, with a second serving of egg and more noodles was simply to kill for. You can customize pretty much everything in your order, including the firmness of the noodle .

It was amazing

This ramen was a place we wanted to return after five years and either they changed a bit or my taste buds. Portion size still solid and sides are tasty but the bean sprouts were too much in portion to the noodles. Literally every bite of noodle was with sprouts because of the amount they put in. Unless you like sprouts a lot then it ruins the total experience. Get the miso and spicy garlic.
