Spacious guest suite with everything one could possibly need whether it's for one week or one month.
It is spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the privacy it provided as well as the covered patio with gas grill; manicured lawn and garden; the large kitchen; the washer and dryer and the heated bathroom floors!
The location is great- 16 minutes from downtown Victoria, 25 minutes to Butchard Gardens and very close to TCH 1.
The photos don't do it justice.
The only thing we would change would be the bed pillows-as we would have preferred a down alternative.
FYI for travelers with disabilities-There are 13 steps one must climb / or descend to reach the suite.

“Fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need provided!”

We can HIGHLY recommend this apartment - it is spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable and the WiFi is good - our 3 basic requirements. We extended our stay as we were so comfortable; the kitchen is stocked with coffee, sugar and basic condiments plus a basket of emergency provisions and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We had good weather so enjoyed the patio and barbecue in the evenings.
The location is a perfect base for going into downtown Victoria and for day trips out further afield - we did the Pacific Marine Circle Route from here.
Judy and Ron are great - welcoming, friendly but not the slightest bit intrusive - and were extremely helpful when we asked for advice about the area and the trips we were planning. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for seven days and Ron and Judy were great host. Their rental suite was very spacious, exceptionally clean and well appointed. They though of everything that you would need to have a very comfortable stay. Also it was very quiet, and found it easy to get around.
I would recommend staying here on a vacation to Victoria.

Ron and Judy are lovely people We felt very welcome and comfortable. The pictures do not do the suite justice. The suite looks to be professionally decorated and is extremely clean. We were greeted warmly and a welcome basket was waiting for us. All the supplies you need both kitchen and bathroom were there. The covered patio looked over beautiful gardens. No detail was missed in the suite.. We look forward to returning.
