We as a family (our 2 daughters), my husband, myself, my Mom and Dad all went to the North for Mothers Day dinner. This was the first time ever here, the food was delicious and the atmosphere so comfortable. I will be returning. I want to try everything....it all looks so scrumptious. We all had something different off the menu so that we could taste each others.

A great place to have a nice get together with friends and family. The acoustics are great, u can actually hear
What is said at the table. So many restaurants have terrible acoustics not this place, not noisy at all. The food
Is upscale and delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We've been hearing about The North for a couple of years and finally tried it. It was fabulous. Every mouthful was a taste sensation and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and professional.

Very pleasant server, works hard.. but was so loud inside from a group of about 10 or so that we could not hear ourselves or anyone else. Poor acoustics (like several other places).
The tables glass tops were so slippery that plates went flying across the room or on the floor practically, It was like there was teflon coating on the glass.
The beer I ordered was good (some micro brewed IPA) but way to cold. There was ice crystals in it.
Calamari app was overcooked, vegs with it were very good. To much of the black sauce that was dumped all over it. Tempura was decent. Raw oysters were ordered by one member of our party of 4 and were perfect they reported.
Ordered beef wellington and I must say it was properly prepared. But the same dark sauce that was appetizer was also on main course (and a little to much).
Portions were very good.

Good selection on menu - a little of everything but not overwhelming. They were also very accommodating to not have walnuts in one dish for one member of party.

Whether for brunch, lunch or diner, the North restaurant has a lot to offer. Service is sometimes a little slow. Staff is friendly. Prices aren't cheap but neither is the food. This is fine dining and you pay for it. Compliments to the Chef!
