This was our first visit to Fusion's new location. They have moved into a 'sketchy' area and smaller premises. The food while absolutely delicious was not served at a warm enough temperature. The buffet equipment is not keeping food hot which is disappointing. No liquor licence also disappointing. Food is tasty, staff are friendly and value is good but they need to put a little effort into decor and ambiance. Candles on tables are nice but weren't lit. Large window looked onto sketchy area of street. Put up some nice curtains or blinds, light the candles and serve some wine. Heat up the food and all would be lovely. Not sure if I'll go back.

Food is tasteless and cold. Free pop means watered down pop. There is no pride or love put into any of the dishes. Modern India is way better and cheaper, too.

Went to this buffet it is a clean small restaurant.

Buffet prices are $11.99/pp M-F, $13.99 F-Su.

Buffet has good mix of vegetarian and non veg items, nan is good but that's about it. All the curry's and veg items taste the same and are pretty taste less. BBQ Chicken had a smell,

will i be going back absolutely not. Desert items were not good either, gulab jamuns were the hardest that we had.

Area does not look that either, i saw lots of homeless folks hanging around the block.

It was ok compared to grain of salt or mango chutneys in Cambridge.
Grain of salt is by far the best in Cambridge and worth every penny and then some.

My husband likes Indian food and has wanted me to try it for some time, so we decided to go to Fusion India Buffet. We thought the best way for me to sample a variety of Indian foods was by a buffet.

I found the food a little bland and it was lukewarm. Usually food served at buffets are kept hot, but this wasn't. I think that took away from the overall flavour.

When we arrived (just after 1:00 pm) the restaurant was almost empty - only one other customer. They have a relatively small selection, which is primarily classified as "hot" or "medium", only the butter chicken was labelled "mild".

The prices are good; and the service was friendly. But the food lacked flavour and appeal. I will try Indian food again, but likely in a different restaurant.
