We stayed here for 2 nights on a visit to Niagara Falls and chose the hotel based on its view of the horseshoe falls. We were not disappointed. The view is extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only drawback is that the hotel was quite noisy even when you are in your room you can hear guests in the adjacent room or the corridor. The view makes up for it however and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a Falls view room!

Loved the couples massage plus waking up to enjoy a view of the sunrise over the falls from our room! Great access to the incline was important for limited mobility in our family right now. Good lounge food and nice Starbucks in the lobby

I chose this hotel based on (1) tripadvisor reviews and (2) location. For once, i decided to "pay for the view" at a hotel. I can say it was worth it. Our fallsview room waas everything is advertised - you almost didn't need the TV with the amazing scenery directly outside your windor.
A few tips....as everyone complained, yes they do charge $25 to park. I just factored it in to our lodging cost. All the hotels in the area charge for parking.
Next, i inquired at the concierge about attractions. They tried to sell me on a $140 per person pass for 7 attractions...part of the lure was the "VIP" lines with this pass that would save us from horrible lines. This just seemd WAY expensive, so i passed. At the Niagra Center, i purchased the Adventure Pass for $45 covering the top 4 attractions. I can tell you it was plenty to do, and the lines were never a problem. I would avoid the hotel concierge.

Room Tip: Definitely go for the fallsview room...

My husband and I stayed in the Marriott Fallsview this past weekend for our first anniversary and are so happy we chose this particular hotel. We asked for a fallsview room and were not disappointed with our view of both the Horseshoe Falls and the New York falls for our romantic weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the in-room jacuzzi was the perfect end to a day of walking and touring around the falls. We will absolutely be returning.

Great hotel that has beautiful views of the Falls. The Superior Falls View with the whirlpool and fireplace was a lot smaller than how it appeared online. You could not see the Falls from the whirlpool, as shown online. Service was top notch. The hotel was super clean. The food was very good!
