We had 24 rooms, 48 people booked at the Ramada Plaza last weekend. The whole staff went over and above their duties to make this an amazingly successful "Friends Reunion".

Good afternoon Nicki, Hans, Phillip, Rachelle,

A Big THANK YOU for working with us and making our "Friends Reunion" weekend stay in Niagara Falls at the Ramada Plaza so wonderful!

Nicki, thank you for making all our group arrangements and bookings, and for extending our group rate to a few extra rooms. Thank you for your flexibility and quick responses to all my calls.

Rachelle at Don Cherry's took very good care of us during our cocktail hour on Saturday evening, again for nightcaps on Saturday night and for breakfast on Sunday morning. Rachelle and her team made sure everyone was served their drinks and breakfast efficiently and with a smile.

Hans, you and your team at the Meat Market were top notch sir! The whole team was extremely professional, patient and so flexible. They all worked very hard to accommodate everyone's demands and requests. Julia served our table and she was a class act all the way! The soup created by Phillip was a huge hit..in fact, if possible, many friends have requested the soup recipe

Kudos to the whole team!!

Best Regards,

4 stars for the room itself and the hotel experience but 1-2 stars for some issue areas. I’d read the whole thing though.

We got a King Suite on the sixth floor. It was really an amazing room. It was part of a recent Groupon deal which only sweetened the pot. French doors separating the sitting room from the sleeping side. The king is comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and on the bed side of the doors. A television in both sides.

Television service is average. I’m not sure what happened to movie channels. Kinda tired of booking rooms with news and weather.

What we didn’t like was the $20 parking fee. Parking isn’t a hot item here. But in the area, it’s not unique to this place, so it’s par for the course. Still not a fan, though. Plus the facility fee. Plus the $150 security deposit hold.

They really need acoustic glass on the QEW side. The cars were nonstop all night.

The walls are decent sound deadened and I could only hear one neighbor swear at the top of lungs. I could hear a gentleman burp his way down the hall in the middle of night after midnight. He thought it funny.

Don Cherry’s at this location was spot on and really made our stay, but I don’t want to spoil that review.

The location is decent for the hotel. I’m familiar with Niagara Falls so zipping around is cinch and expectations are set.

Absolutely filthy. Being a dog friendly hotel, i had chosen this hotel. Horrible experience. There was old candies found under the dresser by my dog, hair elastics found under night stand. My dog had ate a womans earring and i spent the night at emergency vet with a hefty vet bill. Poor cleanliness and standards, id never reccomend this dirty hotel.. Avoid avoid avoid. Managers did nothing to help my situation after repeated calls and emails

Our stay was good. Hockey players running down halls and knocking on doors. They stopped about 1130pm. Made some noise.
