We wanted a couple of nights stay in Niagara Falls during March break, and to cross over the border for a little shopping. This was a decent choice for the value. Very comfortable beds and clean room and bathroom. We found the hotel a little noisy at night, but managed to get a good sleep once the noisy people calmed down.
The staff was very friendly and helpful to us, and I'd say they're a great asset to this hotel.
We made use of the pool in the evening. It was small, but served it's purpose well.
There is an IHOP restaurant with access from the main floor. It was expensive, but the hotel had provided us with coupons which offset the price a little. These is a coffee maker and coffee in the room as well, although we didn't use it. There was no fridge in our room, which was too bad as we had brought some snacks in with us that we would have liked to keep in one. Luckily, it was winter, so we just kept them in the car.
The rainbow bridge border crossing was just a few minutes away from the hotel, so we crossed the border in quick time, did a little shopping and quickly crossed coming back again.
We thought we would be able to walk to Clifton Hill, but it was too far of a walk in the cold winter months. We thought we would be able to walk to Clifton Hill, but it was too far of a walk in the cold winter months. In the summer, it might not have been too bad. We drove to Clifton Hill and parked there and enjoyed some of the tourist attractions. We were also a quick drive to the falls.
Overall, we liked the hotel, especially for the price. Would definitely stay here again.More
