We stayed here for two nights to see the Falls and then join the New Year Celebrations A quick 10-15 minute walk to Victoria Park where concert held. Parking $12 a day. Hotel room 2 beds, ample room, small balcony. Comfy beds with pillow selection. Only one small elevator. Room maid was great, for extra towels and supplies with a friendly smile. Nice swimming pool but cold with a large hot tub, no changing rooms though, open showers in pool area. Breakfast room in basement small, ladies worked hard to seat everyone, and keep items supplied. It was really busy each morning, need to go early, scrambled egg and sausage, 2 waffle makers, long line. Plenty of restaurants close, East Side Mario's, Appleby's, many more.

Room Tip: For New Years I would ask for falls side room, might see fireworks from balcony

We booked 5 rooms in the new year and stayed with family. The breakfast area is small, guests had to be in line for 30 min to get into the breakfast area. The hot tub was beyond dirty, no towel service in poolside and moreover the hotel room has signs that all towels are counted daily and there is 10 dollar fine for a lost towel. The check in took at least 40 minutes. You have to pay for parking. Overall not a motel to come back to or refer! The outside entrance door was always open. No security as well

Comfort Inn-Fallsview is a short walk from Casino and coach bus location. It is a newer hotel; great room, balcony, free wifi, indoor pool, courteous, professional staff, breakfast buffet, incl. fresh waffles. We stayed at this hotel 2 times and have nothing but praise. Great value. The staff were able to accomodate a late checkout for us. They are knowledgable about the area and gave us great advice.

Room Tip: The best hotel in the area--great value, close to everything, including the Falls, casino, etc. Rooms on upper floor facing the river.

it is good for a budget trip, we booked for three, paid for three but only provided us two sets of everything(towels, soaps, etc). we stayed for two nights and the housekeeping didnt clean the floor just fixed the bed. the dining room is tiny, for two mornings there we always had to line up and wait for vacant seats.food was good though, nevertheless, good location close to good places to visit.

Room Tip: rooms first floor are close to dining room, closer to starbucks if u go out from thewindow.

We spent a night there recently. Smooth, fast check-in (it was off season so yeah). Decent room rate, but they added some weird taxes on top, and also the $12 dollar a day parking wasn't included. Given the fact it's a world-famous location, I kinda understand the parking policy, but not that that extra tax one (half a star deducted for it).
The location is very good, closed to the falls. You can't see any falls though, just the mist, that's all.
We found the room very nice. First level in the tower part of the motel. The beds were very comfortable, decent size Samsung TV in the room. No fridge, no microwave in room (half star deducted for that).
WiFi worked very well, it is included in room's rate. They have an indoor pool we didn't try, no time.
We didn't stay much in the room, as you usually don't go to Niagara Falls to spend your time in a room.
Next morning, breakfast time. Included in room's rate. Breakfast starts at 6am and ends at 9am. I guess if you go early, you would have a decent experience there. We went at around 8:30 though, and what we found there, was a mess. That place is so small. People were waiting outside until seats became available. Inside, people were bumping into each other, that small the place was. There were two girls working there, cleaning tables, seating people, refilling with food and drinks. I heard the waffles you can make there are good, I personally didn't try it. Not many food options (they have scrambled eggs, sausage, you can make toast bread), but decent though. One star deducted for the fact that breakfast place is way too small.
