We have never stayed here before, but the hotel we wanted was booked. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the hotel was relatively easy to find (although the roads around that part of Ottawa are not on a grid, and its easy to get lost...) My only complaint was that both mornings, truck drivers staying there idled their trucks for about 20 minutes before leaving, and that was before 8 a.m. Otherwise, everything was great.More

Clean rooms with a decent warm breakfast. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our families needs. The seating area for breakfast was insufficient on weekdays, let alone on a Saturday. Renovations are complete (i think?), but not sure.

The Comfort Inn was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities required for a great stay. The staff was courteous and the facilities were clean. The walk-out patio door was great for my colleague who is a smoker.

Service at front desk not very good. Rooms not very clean. People cleaning room entered our room even though there was a DND sign. The only positive is that it is dog friendly. Just an overall weird experience.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament and had a blast. We had a ground floor room which was great and very handy to be right by the car. The breakfast was great.The beds were a bit small. We should have had a Queen bed.

The hotel was pretty good. My room had a foul smell that the front desk offered to spray for me but I didn’t want to smell the harsh deodorizer so I just used something I had. The breakfast is good, just like most of the Comfort Inns that I have stayed in. The area doesn’t provide much to walk to but there is not a far drive to get to lots of things. The general area is business and not overly aesthetic but that is not what is important to me anyway. I will try this place again but if the room smells again then it will be my last time.
