Well done

I usually don't write about every hotel but they did a great job keeping things as normal as possible during COVID. COVID shut down the hot tub and pool, but everything else was done well. And I feel guilty for having an extra breakfast bag

Just what was needed

Looking for a good hotel price quality this is it. Breakfast included free parking . Check in and check out were both quick cordial and effective. Room was very comfortable with the necessary amenities,shower was vey good.i will go back

UNCARING

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn I took a nasty fall in the lobby. Aimee the night clerk was amazing but the buck stopped there. Nobody at the hotel bothered to follow up on how I was and if my injuries were healing. I did hear after I reviewed them on an email that they sent but in all honesty it was too little too late. Thankfully, my injuries as gradually healing but my confidence in the Holiday Inn may take alot more healing before I trust them again.

Wonderful visit during Covid 19 for our anniversary.

Our visit was wonderful. The staff was attendant to all our needs. They did a great job of following health regulations and making us feel safe. The room and hotel was clean, I also liked how they did not come into the room unless you asked them to.

I also loved how we received a few text messages to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

Definitely will stay again.

Good COVID19 protocols

Everything very clean. Smells fresh. Staff very alert and positive. Breakfast not as usual in a common room. Pick from menu in evening and pick up like a bagged lunch from front desk. Good value place for cost and close enough to city and country.
