Was told to try it out from friends. Definitely worth the trip. Tapas were good sharing sizes, delivered by friendly staff and you could tell many people were almost regulars. No need to talk about what we ate as menu/specials change - but I can pretty much say it's all likely good. Enjoy. We did.

Although the service has been majorly lacking the last few times I've been to Trio (I'm talking servers not taking empty plates and glasses from the table, not checking up on food/drink orders, and taking an exceptionally long time to bring the bill), the drinks and food here don't disappoint.

They don't take reservations, and seating is all pub style tables (higher chairs/benches), so ladies if you were planning on wearing a mini skirt I would advise against it. Trio has lots of great cocktail options with trendy, hipster ingredients. The food menu consists of various tapas (shared plates) and one "Chef's Board), which is essentially a charcuterie board. They cure a lot of the charcuterie meats in house and keep things as local and seasonal as possible. Great spot for a night out with the girls, or for a date night with your special someone.

This place has undergone new ownership and management and the new guard is as awesome as the previous. It has always been an great place and the new owners seem to know this with change being incremental and not overly. You can get a value priced or quality wine here as well as craft beer on tap. The ambiance is really nice and local art continues to adorn the walls, There is a limited menu as it is a wine bar, don't expect pub food here nor a full meal but what is offered is very interesting and good.

We dropped in for drinks and stayed for dinner. There's a very nice selection of wines available and a creative cocktail menu. Some tasty beer too. The food is small plates; great for sharing. There were four of us and we sampled a wide selection of bites. We enjoyed everything. The elk sliders and the celery root latkes were amazing. Our server, John, was attentive without being intrusive. He explained all the dishes and made drink recommendations.
They feature local artists' work on the walls, all of which is for sale. They also play a wonderful mix of music, selected by the staff.
I will definitely return to further explore the menu.
