We stayed here last minute and for the 4 of us it was $450 including tax and parking, but not breakfast. Now we had a king with a door to what looks like their room rentals for showers or small parties and the kids slept on cots in that room. It felt like 1500 sq feet! The downside was we were close to the pool so you could hear lots of screeching until 10, the upside is you don’t have far to walk. The kids liked the water slide and hot top and it was a really busy place. Both my hubby and I used the gym. It was good with free weights and cardio. There were also two TVs. We at both dinner and breakfast at the buffet. The service was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Not cheap though. Breakfast was better than dinner. Perfect for a hockey team or dance crew. Front desk staff was also good! Close to a chapters.

This place is spacious but confused. There is space for big conference halls and ballrooms for events/business. Yet there is a indoor pool and slide for children. What are they trying to be???

Comfort - 2
This location is just dated. Carpeting is old and kind of gross. The wallpaper is bubbling up and peeling. Also just confused as to what their target audience is.

Cleanliness - 2
First off, there was a human odor in the room. Rooms were cleaned well but the odor just did it for me. Lastly there are just a lot of minor distinctions in the room.

Location - 2
Just off the path and 30 min from Toronto without traffic.

Will not return to this location.

Nice place to stay for families, just note that parking is $12 extra per night, breakfast is not included and there are no fridges in the room (have to make due with ice or bring a cooler). The main draw is the large pool area and waterslide (much bigger area than the Lamplighter in London, ON). There is a separate shallow kid pool with a small slide, a large pool with a covered waterslide (waterslide hours vary and kids must be 48" tall to ride which they are strict about) and a hot tub. There are also a few lifejackets for borrowing. We were on the second floor in the tower area and the room was great with a large washroom. We were also able to get a cot for our third child and did have to ask for more towels as they only give you a couple. We brought some food for breakfast and snacking, but did have the morning breakfast buffet once and it was quite nice (weekdays - $6 for kids 6 and under and $20 for adults, including juice) and the kids meals at lunch and supper are also quite reasonable $8 with a drink for a number of options. We also took part in some of the March Break activities which were great. I must say, the whole time any of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again!

Room Tip: I would stay in the tower, away from the pool where it is loud, anything on floor 2 and above.

We stayed here the Sunday of family day weekend. What a great place for a family getaway. The kids loved the pool and the room service we ordered for the kids was good and affordable. Parking at the hotel does not cost an arm and leg and we were able to get our room early. We will be back again.

My family and I had headed to Toronto from New Jersey to attend and funeral. After an exhausting 8+ hour drive we arrived at the Delta after 8 pm. The folks at the reception desk were attentive and efficient. We had hoped to change back to our traveling clothes after the funeral before heading home and requested a 4 pm check out. This was granted and when we only found 2 towels in the room, more towels and shampoo were provided in minutes. The following day after the funeral we had an issue with our door key. Someone from the front desk accompanied us to ensure the key worked. There were numerous other small customer service events that made this stay outstanding. Combine with an enjoyable pool, great breakfast, we will be staying at the Delta the next time we visit Toronto!
