This is a great hotel, ideally located and very posh. I have been here numerous times, and can't wait to return. It is comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. Beds are comfortable, rooms generously proportioned, and amenities tempting. Stay here if you can get a room, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Book early, this place fills up...with good reason.

The Soho Metro' is well located close to Rogers Centre, Mountain equipment Co Op & two of the great TD bike docking stations, it's also next door to Wahlberg's too ha ha.
Staff are great & very helpful.
Breakfast is poor, tiny 3 star affair but all the food was tasty & fresh..ish.
The bar is popular & noisy or 'good fun' depending on your wants.
The bedrooms can be very small but the bed is really comfy & the Hotel is very quiet so a good night sleep should be possible.
The bathrooms are creamy beige, spacious with a full sized tub & good sized shower..water pressure is pretty poor though.
The gym is small & fairly well equipped with free weights and machines too.
The pool is really small but it does have one :-)
The wifi is pretty dire & they CHARGE EXTRA for it too!
The carpet on the 4th floor is really badly stained by the lift area..bit tired & shabby really.

We booked this hotel because we struggled to find anywhere else due to a conference in the city. What a fantastic hotel! Absolutely loved the room, gorgeous bathroom and fantastic staff. The location was actually fine and the concierge staff in particular were great. On a personnel level the gym was great and staff helpful and on hand to assist. I loved this hotel.

Staff were VERY helpful and professional rooms were good with super bathrooms. Molton brown products and Frette sheets. Good beds. Our room had a view of a car park but it wasn't the end of the world. Good room facilities including well stocked mini bar. Tea coffee making facilities and a huge television. It's nicely positioned in the entertainment district. Very safe and quiet. Food was nice enough. Wish it would have had a quiet lounge. The bar area was a bit noisy and smelt of the hotels Chinese restaurant. All in all well run hotel.
