We have found that most of the lighthouses around Pei are constructed in a similar pattern given how high the land is from a view from the sea. Simple construction and easy maintenance. However, on our visit to Summerside we noticed the Indian Head light and was able to take a picture from shore using a 250 mm lens. It came out fairly well. I wonder if it can still be reached on foot at low tide? This would be a neat walk and view. The Visitor's Center never mentioned the lighthouse of a possible hike to it. Hint:This is a prime example of why it pays to read Trip Advisor Before you visit an new area. Shame on me.
