Last night we tried the Tuck Shop for the first time. One word: WOW! We truly enjoyed our evening from the food, to the service, to the very simple yet cozy ambiance. We will be back. Everything our party of 4 had was excellent. From the pork belly that was divine to the braised beef parpadelles! Specialty drinks were also very good. A must try!

Recently dined here with a group of 6 girls. From the ambiance to the food to the service, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend coming here and sharing several dishes! The menu is often changing, but we love the mushroom brioche and pappardelle.

My 8th or more trip to this wonderful restaurant. From the moment you arrive the service is top notch. Not to mention the cocktails, food and ambience. I highly recommend the chef's bar - where you can get an appreciation of how well the staff work together at providing such excellent food and service. My favourite restaurant to go to and keeps me coming back to Montreal.

My wife an I were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation for 2 on 1 days notice (thanks Jonathan).

We had read many reviews on TA, needless to say our expectations were high. Well... NO disapointment there, every course is prepared like its the only one to impress. From the Starters, Mains, and dessert. Can't say enough good things about our experience at the Tuck Shop. Jonathan, Alex, Giada (my apologies if my spelling is wrong) were fantastic. Friendly and helpful from the minute we sat down. The restaurant is cozy but not so much that you can't carry on a conversation.

My wife had the market house salad and I had smoke and pickled clams on a cauliflower puree.... both like I said... prepared like it was the only meal to impress, just fantastic. Mains were Boston Cod and Pasta Bolognese. Desert was a shared Maison Jar of caramel cheese cake of something wonderfulness.

With a bottle of wine $179.00

is in the top places we have dined at for sure, hands down.

Thank you Tuck Shop for a meal and service to remember," we'll be back" (aka Arnold)

Having had many successful dinners here before we were delighted to join some friends for a birthday dinner. The toughest thing to do at Tuck Shop is to choose among the options offered. An exceptional menu. Each of us ordered something different so we could taste. Beef tartare was amazing. Among the mains was a fantastic Icelandic cod, succulent Arctic char and a perfect magret de canard. Great service and a wonderful private import wine rounded out the evening. This is a great place with a superb staff. Kudos all around.
