Booked a one bedroom apartment via booking.com. Three nights cost us about $450 with all taxes, and they took a prepayment for the cost of the first night a few days before our trip. The location was truly perfect. Virtually everything was within walking distance, especially if you are willing to walk a bit further. There are countless delicious restaurants all around.
Our apartment was on the 18th floor - I followed the suggestions of other reviewers because the higher floors have better views and less street noise. I absolutely adored the apartment. The two closets both had floor length mirrors, the views were breathtaking, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, the balcony was great, and there is both than enough living space in the unit. We actually got to watch a parade and Labour Day fireworks from the balcony which was really fun. The sheets could have been softer and the age of the building is very evident in some areas, but that didn't bother me.
I found the service to be good. The pool is small but nice, and my boyfriend enjoyed the sauna. There is a very nice lounge on the first floor as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay right downtown.More
