I stayed here twice in the last week, for one night each.
The first stay was quite disappointing. 1. There were no luggage carts on check-in or check-out. I had quite a bit of heavy luggage, and I had just hurt my shoulder, so this was a problem (and my room was at the very end of a long hallway). 2. My toilet basically didn't work properly from the beginning. By morning, it didn't work at all and I had to use the one in the lobby. 3. The hotel service directory book in my room indicated that the Starbucks in the lobby wasn't open Sunday, and that the restaurant's Sunday buffet started at 10:00 a.m. Since I had to leave at 9:00 a.m., I figured there would be no breakfast options, so I slept in. When I went downstairs, the Starbucks was open (could have grabbed a muffin if I'd known), and so was the restaurant. 4. My 8:00 a.m. wake-up call never came. 5. Upon checkout, I informed the front desk of these issues, and he just stared at me like a deer in the headlights and stammered an apology.
My stay upon leaving town a week later was better, however: 1. Although I did get a luggage cart upon check-in, no such luck upon check-out (at 3:00 a.m.!). I only saw 3 carts in total during my two stays. 2. I re-read the hotel services directory book in my room and it definitely says that their Starbucks is not open on Sunday. It also says that the restaurant's Sunday brunch starts at 10:00 (which I assumed meant that it doesn't open until then), however, if you turn to the next page, it indicates that the restaurant actually opens at 8:00 a.m. I suggest the book needs a bit of a re-write on these points. 3. This time I did receive my wake-up call, but it came nearly 20 minutes early! This is not usually a big deal, but when your wake-up call is for 2:00 a.m., every minute of sleep is precious.
The one big advantage of staying at this place, however, is for hunters. I was visiting on a hunting trip, and they have a freezer to store your meat and other perishables overnight. This is a big plus, and I understand that none of the other hotels in town offer this.
My only other comment is that you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway outside your room. Thin doors, maybe?
