Called to ensure restaurant was open labor day Monday and when we arrived just after 1 p.m. we were immediately told there would be a wait. I pointed out empty tables and gal says "we are training new staff so don't have enough people so it'll be a 10-15 minute wait" ; all the while seeming very indifferent. At this time we noticed at least a dozen other people already waiting. After about 10 minutes we saw very little movement on the floor and decided this was going to be a "bust" so we went elsewhere. Thinking our initial call in to check on hours we couldve been told of this difficulty/labor shortage and thinking this stalemate at the door might have been handled a little different.
