We visited Chalk n Cheese as part of a self-guided cycling tour. It was a welcome stop and on the itinerary for some cheese tasting. This place is well located with plenty of outdoor space for children. We started with some cheese tasting. This cost $5 but if you purchased some cheese or bought something in the cafe this was waived. The cheese was delicious and we sampled a range of cow and sheep cheese. Then we moved into the cafe having already spotted the cheese scones on the counter. We were not disappointed. Just delicious combined with great coffee and ripe figs from the trees above where we were sitting. A great place to visit.
