As you may guess from the title we were very happy with our room and this inn
The location is very special, nestled in a small fishing cove
The room was recently refurbished and excellent. A bit small but what do you expect from a real pub. It was fine for us and exceeded our expectation
I can very much recommend this inn for bot accommodation and as a restaurant

We came here after finding it on our last night in Cornwall. If we had found it earlier we would have eaten here most days! Cadgwith is a lovely village and this pub is perfect for it. I really have no idea why there are any bad reviews for this pub, I could not pick fault with the service or the quality of the food. We had a seafood sharing platter to share and two great desserts. Great food in a great place!

Stumbled across this inn in a very rustic Cornish Cove. Brilliant atmosphere, good beer, extremely nice food and people. Service was superb even though we hadn't booked and they were very busy. Buy fresh fish from the little harbour or straight off the boats.
Great experience.

Helen & Gary have achieved something quite special here. A local pub with all the atmosphere you would expect in this beautiful small Cornish fishing village and food to die for. Well done. The Friday shanty sing song is a real bonus!

Mistakenly thought we'd come here for a nights sleep on a walking holiday. Bed was tiny and there was a very loud choir singing right outside our room until very late. Not good when we had to get up at 6am for a ferry. When we politely asked what time the singing would stop we were told they wouldn't ask them to stop singing, which wasn't really the point. We were told there were no other rooms available although we had booked almost a year in advance. We were told people only stay here when drunk and can't get home but that's not how it was marketed. Food and drinks were expensive and service took forever. Dogs are welcome and showers are ok if you've been camping hence two stars but that's about all it's got going for it.
