Checking in and out processes need to be improved. Too long and too complicated. Maybe because big group but certainly not an excuse to inconvenience us. Buffet breakfast hot items need to be at least warm. Room air conditioning okay but pillow very hard.

This hotel is extremely overpriced, when you pay so much you would expect a certain standard to be met, this hotel has failed miserably. The worst part of the hotel is the breakfast buffet, if i were you i would not even show up. They have many guests around for the buffet but have a really limited number of tables. From the time, I took my plate of terrible food to the time I had the opportunity to be seated, took me roughly 40 minutes, all the tables were not full but instead "booked by certain tourists simply by placing their scarfs on some chairs. There even was a table which sat 10 people and one miserable Chinese lady was seated. When I politely asked her she if anyone was seating so that my dad and I could have a seat, she rudely said got people got people. The "people" she had reserved the seats for only came after an hour, by which time I had finished eating and was about to leave. There was too few tables and half of them were "booked" by people like that Chinese lady. Also do not bother queuing up for the food, as half of the hotel guests will cut the queue as they wish. Hotel staff do not do anything about this. Do not let me get started on the menu, most of the available food did not even taste mediocre. The variety was the among the worst of the hotel breakfast buffets that i have ever eaten. Instead of butter, they serve freaking margarine. I have stayed at 2 star hotels that served buffets 10 times better, utterly disappointing. Never staying here again.
Strategy located in the center of the town which give easy access to all the near-by interesting attraction and restaurant within the Betong Town. The Betong Mongkolliat Tunnel just next to the hotel where you could enjoy both day and night view of the tunnel.
Possibly the most spacious room you can find it in the heart of Betong town. It's good by Betong standards. Big rooms, buffet breakfast but obviously incomparable to say a similar 4-star hotel in Hatyai for example.
Overall the room was clean, even for a smoking room, there was no lingering smoke smell. But it's old and dated. Then again, this is Betong, so it's ok by that standard.
Right across from the hotel, you have all the conveniences you need. So it's good location to be in.
Most high building in this small town Betong, Request for the upper floor and you can enjoyed very good view of Betong town. Location is very convenience and is near to the tunnel which is another good spot for photograph taking especially at night time when the LEP light are open along the tunnel. Room is big and bed is comfortable. I like the most is Hotel buffet breakfast although you can find a lot of good food around Hotel.
Mostly the group travellers stay in this hotel. So, lobby is always crowded expecially morning and evening time.
It's about 15mnt walking distance to the local wet market. However, 7-11, massage center, local street food are just around the corner. Do not give high expectations of the wet market, it's far smaller than hat yai wet market.
Room and bathoom are clean and big. Shower and bathtub are in the bathroom. Hot shower is strong and well functioning. Basic toiletries and kettle are provided. A sofa is there in each room. A/c is really cold. Tv channel should be in more choices.
Breakfast is included in the bill. It is quite good. Around 7 main dishes, porridge, fried egg, salad, bread, cornflakes, dessert, coffee, tea, milk. For the 1st day, the food is tasty but the second day the taste of the food is opposite.
Two swimming pool on 6th floor. It looks nice and big but we dint have time to get a swim.
