It wasn't really spectacular. Perhaps we xpected too much but sometimes the experiments in the nouvelle cuisine are overdone. The taste is still the most important. A very big wine card and I must admit the sommelier gave us good advise. We don't want the wine included menu and so his advise was necessary. The personnel is very friendly as well, but the result wasn't as expected

This restaurant has a very stylishly decorated interior with a separate lounge area for aperitifs. There is also outside space in a garden at the rear.
We visited on a Sunday evening, there was a tasting menu, an alacarte and a 3 course menu offer. We opted for the 3 course offer which ( in relative terms ) was a bargain at €45.
For us this choice was perfect. It started with a beef and veal carpaccio dish, followed by a salmon mains and finished with a delightful deconstructed dessert. Perfection from beginning to end. The staff were the perfect balance of professional and friendly.
If your anywhere close to this town don't hesitate to book in this restaurant.

We had a wonderfull evening with friends in a beautiful place. The staff was very kind and attentioned. The food was very good and the service of it excellent. Some if us had a 3-dishes menue and the others had a 5-dishes menue. But everything was served right in time. By the way: Thanks for the visit of the cellar

Second time in La Trinité, but first time at their new location by the water.

They have really tried to make the place look and feel trendy, some of it very positive - comfortable seats with a bit of a lounge feel, wonderful view of the kitchen through the glass wall and nice fresh colors everywhere. Negative side is that the "trendy" was also translated into waiters and all personnel "have to wear" sport shoes. Not sure if this rhymes with "trendy" or "modern" in my personal vocabulary.

All food was amazing, on the eye, smell and in the mouth. Excellent wine card, at very reasonable prices, with some less usual wines from places as far as Washington, Chile and even Lebanon. We settled for a less exotic but wonderfully crispy and fruity German Riesling.

A large downside to today's experience was the service, which was very chaotic this time. We did not get an assigned waiter and everybody and nobody at the same time was looking after us, this was possibly the reason why the service turned out quite disorganized and poor. Our glasses were not timely replenished, butter and olive oil arrived, but not the bread, which came much later, when we were through the starters; and the most upsetting was that little delightful cakes and sweets arrived when we finished the coffee already. So quite disappointing, really.

Yet - great thanks to the chef and his team : the amazing food left us speechless, just like on the first visit! Bravo!!!
