We loved the Ziva service and shows! The facilities are wonderfully kept and the offerings of food and drinks are off the charts. A great trip for young families - our 7 and 4 year old had a great time in the water park and the pools. Thank you Yaya! We hope to be back!

Wonderful time here, fun shows for the family every night, relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, they really make you feel relaxed and welcome! Plethora of places to eat every night, and the bartenders are very good, they knew and made every drink I asked for! Special thank you to Yaya from the kids club! :)

We traveled with friends and family to the Hyatt Ziva for our wedding and what an incredible experience! We had our ceremony at Hyatt Ziva gazebo and the rooftop. Our family was so impressed in how well they did- they topped any wedding in the USA! We were also blown away with the service and amenities. Every restaurant has delicious food and we don’t have any complaints. We always had a drink in our hand and a smile from the staff! Our favorite staff member, Axel, always took the best care of us- ensuring we were always well taken care of and happy :) we love this resort and will be back!!!
Hotel is amazing ppl ..food great, service amazing especially amado ,axel, lariel. And many others!!! Grilled Calamari peerfection! Drinks on point..espresso Martinis.also watched a beautiful wedding! REPAX AND ENJOY.
Staff was amazing and super accommodating. Food / drink variety was really impressive and tasty as well. Went with family on our annual vacation and this place is definitely a highlight of the last couple years.
If you see Axel around — make sure to play him in pool!
