Amazing all round !

Where do I start!? From the second we arrived at this beautiful and well maintained resort, we were in awe. I was there as a part of my honeymoon tour through out the vocanal area. They set up our room with pedals and a towel figure which was a great gesture to start our honeymoon. My wife fell in love with their food on the first bite. The restaurant has amazing and tasty food! Their orange juice is to die for!! Alejandra, the receptionist, was attentive and provided great customer service & was very detailed! I decided to give us the massage and spa on our last day of our stay and it was well Worth it! Roció and Michelle hit spots of our bodies that we didn’t know were sore! Haha.... I will recommend this resort in a heart beat to anyone who says they are coming to Costa Rica! PURA VIDA!!

A horrible night!!!

This hotel is a shame for Costa Rica, the service is terrible and the conditions are unsanitary, everything was very dirty and all the furniture was broken !! the hot springs smell very bad, the water was black and they are in a very dark place that is scary !!! the air conditioning did not work and there is no WiFi in any room. Never again!!

Le comento, tenemos un departamento del área de ebanistería mejorando los muebles de cada habitación. Así como el equipo de mantenimiento reforzando la limpieza de los aires acondicionados.

Hemos tomado las medidas pertinentes con las tuberías y filtros de piscinas para mejorar la temperatura de las mismas.

Nuestros protocolos COVID de bioseguridad demuestran que en limpieza estamos muy bien ya que, en un año de pandemia no ha habido un solo colaborador contagiado, porque nuestros esfuerzos han sido apremiantes.

Volcano views are spectacular

Celebrated our 5 year anniversary and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Beautiful resort and excellent views of the volcano. Super friendly staff and close proximity to a lot of different activities in the surrounding area. We would highly recommend.

Room tip: Ask about the all day unlimited bar menu

Empty is ok - mosquito warning!

If we had visited at a time when occupancy was significant it would have been miserable due to the facilities, the people very nice.
Everything they advertise they do have (thermal waters, pool..etc) and we enjoyed it during a covid vacation, aka it was almost empty. With normal occupancy the amenities would have been heavily insufficient. Though, that was not the problem, the apparent lack of updates since the hotel rooms were built are not the problem either. The lack of mosquitoes nets in the windows and doors of the rooms ARE a problem. My daughter woke up with over 35 bites and we did not leave any windows or doors open, but given the lack of protection going in/out of the room is an invitation for the mosquitoes all by itself. We were not warned in advanced or provided with any ambient mosquitoes repletos either. The parking space is also under par, even in covid times with low occupancy we couldn’t park close to the room. That has to say it all. Not happy, could be worse? It can always be worse.
The room had no view to anything, but ohh well. That is probably our fault if we had known we would have paid a bit more.

Convenient and clean gear view

Staff very welcoming and hospitable and convenient to excursions, great time so far !!! Lovely fun time reasonable prices and clean rooms food was great .Everyone spoke English and accommodating to your needs and questions
