We stayed at the cottage this weekend for a few nights as we were attending a family wedding. the owners were so lovely and helpful from the very moment of booking and were more than welcoming to our dog. the grounds are beautiful and the cottage has everything you could possibly need. i can't say enough how helpful Leslie and Johnny were, they let us know when our dog was getting a bit distressed on one of the nights where we were not in the property and told us that he is free to roam the grounds which took a lot of the worry off our shoulders. Would definately recommend and will return another year when we can stay a little longer.

Beautiful and quite place with a wonderful garden. The cottage is fully equipped and the owners, Leslie and Johnny, are perfect hosts. The location is strategically close to many places of interest and five minutes drive from the stunning beach of Praa Sands.
We fully recommend this place.

My wife, toddler and I had 5 days here in July, and thought it was marvelous. The place is beautifully done out and well equipped. It’s set in lovely gardens, with access to a summerhouse and bbq. The owners were really friendly and left us a basket of food to get us started. The house has wifi with a decent 13mbs broadband connection. Couldn’t fault this place; recommended.

Dreamlike site, quiet, no traffic noise. Very nice hosts, perfectly equipped Kittchen, a lot of Extras, like wachingmachine, welcome Food, Games and Books in the cottage. Regrettably we had had only three days in such wonderful place. Ideal location for spending time on the nearby beaches or exploring Lands end, St Yves or doing one of the wonderful coastal walks.....additionally lucky ;) having fine weather.

Four of us stayed in the cottage and loved everything about it.
The location is wonderful .The cottage itself was just perfect , very clean,comfortable and well equipped (even provided bath robes). Leslie and Jonny were very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return
