I won’t go into the details because it really doesn’t deserve the time. Perhaps they were understaffed because it was Easter Sunday...however, 30mins to get seen to. Drinks came; we finally ordered. Worth noting that the menu was a culturally schizophrenic limbo where dispossessed food from around the world huddled together in confusion. The food took 45mins — we were given two drinks on the house. The food was, for the most part, amazingly bland. Under-seasoned, canned-tasting, indifferent, limp, stodge. When Tex-Mex should be full of flavours and colours, this was grey...deeply grey. For example, we ordered marinated olives for £3. We got a ramekin of brined olives, marinated in brine...in brine. For £3.
I liked my friends though. And we met them there. Which was nice.
