I won’t go into the details because it really doesn’t deserve the time. Perhaps they were understaffed because it was Easter Sunday...however, 30mins to get seen to. Drinks came; we finally ordered. Worth noting that the menu was a culturally schizophrenic limbo where dispossessed food from around the world huddled together in confusion. The food took 45mins — we were given two drinks on the house. The food was, for the most part, amazingly bland. Under-seasoned, canned-tasting, indifferent, limp, stodge. When Tex-Mex should be full of flavours and colours, this was grey...deeply grey. For example, we ordered marinated olives for £3. We got a ramekin of brined olives, marinated in brine...in brine. For £3.

I liked my friends though. And we met them there. Which was nice.

Hi

Really surprising as we are very good at picking up any customer problems or dissatisfaction and have a fairly robust feedback mechanism. Had you let anyone know you didn't like the way Rango's does burgers or that you thought your meal was anything other than great value for sure you would have had your bill reduced. Everyone involved is on the same side, so much care and good will goes into every aspect so such a disappointment to hear that anyone taking the time to try us out doesn't feel like recommending when the leave.
Bit confused about the lager bit, both Coors and Peroni are on draft alongside an array of bottled lagers including Corona. It will be on the menu as it is on the bar, fairly unmissable for anyone who has actually been, we have never been out of stock of any lagers so all a bit strange really.

Had a nice meal out with great choice of drinks. Small hiccup at beginning (had to wait s bit too long for service) as soon as the staff realised everything changed. Good turnaround and great service thereafter.

First visited Rango's in October last year when it had just opened. Needless to say the experience wasn't great & some changes definitely needed making, although we did see the potential. Now 5 months on & after our 4th visit, we can honestly say we really enjoyed it last night. The food, service, price, ambience & attention to detail are all to be commended. At last a decent restaurant in Winsford. Thank you.
