We had booked a flat for 4 persons with 2 bathrooms and we finally ended with a one-bathroom and flat for 2 pers. with no other choice. We did not benefit from any discount. We also found the price was very expensive considering the location and other offers around in this little town. Furthermore during the full week of our stay, we always had a strong sewage odour coming from the washing machine and we had to keep windows open. The landlord did not do anything though he knew about this problem. The decoration of the flat can be pleasant for some people though it did not match our tastes (exotic and kitch buddhas with purple lights). The dishware is very light to do the cooking.
Overall we felt that this rent was overrated eventhough the location is great and the flat looks luxurious with daily cleaning.

The apartment was well decorated and we were looked after well by Lynne and Angela. However there was not really a beach as such. If you are a sun bed and cafe holiday type beaches were a five to ten minute drive away. Alcala normally a sleepy little town and sounds from the square of children playing and chats in the evening were lovely. We asked if we would be assured quiet but arrived to a three day festival and two sleepless nights, check festival dates at all costs. We will return to Tenerife and were looked after well. The photos are mainly centred on a walkway near a luxury hotel further along the coast.
