Thank you for your positive comments and be assured that we continue to work on the second half of her enclosure that will more than double her current space.

Firstly, Tiger! Tiger! has moved and, as at February 2016; secondly, they were still redeveloping the "Tiger Cafe" that made them famous. But we still got to see Zanah, who smiled at us when we were at the central viewing area--an eye-level, sub-terrain level. She then walked close towards her keeper/owner, who was guiding us. We wanted to much to pat her too!

Out of the many buildings and construction in Langkawi, the moment you stepped into this centre, you will be amazed with it.

The owners are putting a lot of efforts and time in this project.

Tiger is not kept in a small enclosure but in turn, we are in a tunnel viewing the wonderful Zanah.

Next, you are then ushered to the elephant feeding section.

No chain , no hook. Just a free range elephant .
Lovely Lasah.
Do drop by when you are in Langkawi.

With Rm15 you can feed elephant, seeing it and watching the tiger. Only this, you can figure out whether it worth or not. All and all, the tiger and elephant look tired and hungry/thin.

It was nice to see Zanah, who was saved from the cooking pot, in her new digs - a very large compound that allowed her to run around freely. The enclosure was also cleverly designed to allow visitors to go 'under' and watch her from underneath. Doesn't get any closer than that! Zanah looks happy and well-fed and was very playful when we were there. Highly recommended, especially those travelling with children.
