We couldn't have enjoyed our outing any more due to the incredibly fun, interesting and informative Captain Scott! He was very engaging with the two little ones and wonderfully fun for Mom and Grandma! Would highly recommend a fun spin around the lake with Captain Scott!

Booked the Blue Warrior for a group of 12, bachelorette in October 2017. Despite the minimum $1,000 charge for a 2-hour private tour to Emerald, the price was actually a MUCH better value than what we would have paid for a cramped, public tour (e.g. $60/person $720 to be cramped and possibly uncovered) They definitely fill a niche that you won't find anywhere else, it definitely felt like our own private yacht! The Blue Warrior has a nicely appointed indoor space with sink, utensils, benches, tables and below is a fully stocked bathroom. There is also outdoor space on the rear and lounging space in front. However, the crows nest up top is the absolute best place to see the lake, 360 views and chat with Captain Steve. We booked with Kelly, who also accompanied to help out with the trip, maintain safety and show us around the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour to Emerald Bay and were lucky enough to see a bald eagle perched in one of the lakefront trees. The Blue Warrior is well-appointed and spacious for 12, but could probably host at least 15-20 comfortably. We brought sandwiches and wine and Steve and Kelly provided bottled water, soda, individual chips and crackers and also handled our recycling/trash when we left.

The bride and our entire group loved the trip. Steve and Kelly are perfect hosts and so thoughtful and fun. If you are hesitating, I would encourage you to book. The indoor/outdoor spaces were also a plus since we were a bit concerned with October weather, but the lake ended up being a gorgeous, sunny 70 degrees that day so we were able to enjoy all parts of the boat.

Our captain for our private tour was Troy. He was very knowledgeable about the lake and we got to experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe from the water. We lucked out on getting this tour as this was one of the last days private tours provided for the season.

Captain Scott was awesome. We had an 80 something and a 4 year old in the party and he made it perfect for all of us. He took the time to explain tons about the lake we never knew and when we got cold, he even broke out the blankets. It was perfect. Thank you so much!
